We build dashboards for publishers.
We understand that a one-size-fits-all approach to data visualization and dashboarding simply does not work for digital publishers. Data sources are constantly changing. Different companies have different KPIs. Some data sources cannot be automated or must be manipulated in order to be useful. We’ve built a platform that addresses these issues to deliver high fidelity, dynamic dashboards that provide clients with actionable insights.
1. TELL US ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS
The first step to any project we take on, from strategic consulting to ad ops outsourcing, is to conduct a deep dive to understand the clients’ business. Building dashboards is no different. We want to understand which companies you work with, the KPIs that are most important to your team, and how you like to visualize data. If you have existing reports, we will review those. If your team has a wish list of things they wish they knew (or knew more frequently), we will take that into consideration as we build your dashboard.
2. WE BUILD YOUR CUSTOM DASHBOARD
In this phase, we build a prototype of the dashboard based on your initial inputs. This will cover the key KPIs and address the major questions we hope to answer. Because inSITE is built to be extremely flexible, we can adjust this prototype based on feedback. We will adjust chart types, create different “pages” to address different lines of business or types of data, and add filters to make data manipulation easy.
3. WE UPDATE & MAINTAIN THE DATA
For most publishers, this is the achilles heel of building internal reports. Data sources have a tendency to change or break without notice. Others have no way to automate the export of information. New partners are introduced. Each of these challenges is accounted for in our process and we are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and recency of your data. Depending on the level of complexity, we are able to quickly add new data sources and visualizations to each dashboard.
4. YOUR TEAM GETS SMARTER
With access to data that is updated regularly and visualized in such a way to highlight key opportunities, your team is able to get more done with less effort. Because we are updating and maintaining the data powering the reports, publisher ad ops, data/insights and account management teams spend less time trying to access and manipulate numbers and more time delivering results for your business. Ultimately, if this doesn’t lead to increased revenue or cost savings, we are not doing our job. For clients of 360ops outsourcing and consulting practice, we use the insights from these dashboards to be a better partner.
